Welcome to Barclay Physical Therapy Inc., a specialty Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center.
Our team is committed to providing you with the high quality, individualized care that you deserve. Our team will work in partnership with you to address your specific needs.

Our goal is to return you to your optimal level of activity as quickly as possible. Please advise us of any specific needs that you may have, so that we can design a program to accommodate your needs, goals and lifestyle.

Initially, we will ask you to fill out a medical history questionnaire. You will then be evaluated by a physical therapist. The physical therapist will also consult with your physician(s) and any other appropriate health care practitioners involved in your care. A personalized treatment plan will then be formulated for you. Your progress will be constantly monitored and communicated to your physician and other caregivers.

Education is a key component in your recovery and prevention of re-injury. We encourage you and your family to participate in our educational video/seminar programs. We provide social work services at no cost to you. Please let us know if you would like to utilize these services.

Our success is monitored through your satisfaction. We feel that your comments and suggestions will help promote growth. Please fill out the quality assurance form that is given to you periodically. This helps us improve our services.
